Tours
Tours of Government House occur throughout the year. The National Trust undertakes a combined tour on Mondays and Thursdays mornings of La Trobe's Cottage and the State Apartments at Government House including the grand Ballroom, State Dining Room and the Billiard Room. The tours have now been expanded to include significant outbuildings such as the 19th century kitchen and the Hopetoun Stables.
For more information and to make a booking visit the National Trust of Australia website. Please note all entrance fees collected by the National Trust for conducting tours of Government House are used to maintain La Trobe's Cottage.
