On 27 July 2024, Government House Victoria invites you to join us for our annual Open Day.

On 27 July 2024, Government House Victoria invites you to join us for our July Open Day as part of the Open House Melbourne Weekend.

Guests once again have the opportunity to explore the historic State Apartments with a self-guided tour of one of Victoria’s most iconic buildings.

The theme of Open House Melbourne 2024 is to RE/DISCOVER your city. In this spirit of uncovering something new, we’ve sourced some original architectural drawings of Government House to offer a new perspective on this historic home.

Visitors will have the chance to learn more about the original design of the House and how it has changed over time.
