The Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, then opened the new headquarters of the Cairnmillar Institute.

The Governor and Mr Anthony Howard QC later hosted a dinner for the Melbourne International Film Festival.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard QC, addressed the Mac.Robertson Girls' High School Assembly.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, hosted a reception to celebrate Ardoch's 30th Anniversary.

The Governor and Mr Howard then attended the Opening Night Gala of the Melbourne International Film Festival.

Later, with Mr Anthony Howard QC, the Governor hosted a reception for the C2 Melbourne Conference.
Mr Howard led a tour of the State Apartments for Manninham Council Social Support Group.
The Governor was later represented by Maj. Gen. David McLachlan AO (Rtd) at the Liturgical reception and Solemn Mass of the 9th Archbishop of Melbourne.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council then, with Mr Anthony Howard QC, met with students from Frankston Special Development School and Karingal Heights Primary School as part of the Government House Scarecrow Program.
The Governor later received HE Mr Michał Kołodziejski, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, received the call of Mrs Amanda Elliott, Chairman, Victoria Racing Club and then Ms Michaela Browning, Australia's Consul General in Hong Kong.
The Governor then, with Mr Anthony Howard QC, toured the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
Mr Howard led a tour of the State Apartments for the Term 3 Peace and Prosperity Kitchen Garden Participants.
