Later, the Governor departed Mansfield Shire, and returned to Government House Victoria.
While on a regional visit to the Towong and Mansfield Shires, the Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, visited the Upper Murray Community Recovery Hub, before visiting the Cudgewa Avenue of Honour and Creek Restoration at Cudgewa.
After travelling to Yackandandah, the Governor was led on a tour through the township, before being briefed on the Totally Renewable Yackandandah project, and being led on a tour of the Community Battery.
Later, the Governor receiving a briefing by Councillors of the Mansfield Shire Council.
While on a regional visit to Alpine and Towong Shire, the Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, visited the Alpine Community Plantation, before being interviewed on community radio station Alpine Radio, in Mount Beauty.
Later, after travelling to Tallangatta, the Governor received a briefing by Towong Shire Councillors, before visiting the Bush Nursing Centre at Walwa.
Later, the Governor was led on a tour through the township of Corryong.
