The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, received the final Report and Recommendations of the COVID-19 Hotel Quarantine Inquiry from the Chair, the Honourable Jennifer Coate AO.

Later, the Governor received the call of the Hon Jill Hennessy MP, during which she received Ms Hennessy’s resignation as Attorney-General of the State of Victoria.
In the afternoon, the Governor hosted the call of His Excellency Mr Arthur B. Culvahouse Jr., Ambassador of the United States of America to Australia, and Mr Michael F. Kleine, Consul General of the United States of America.

Later, the Governor received the call of Mr Adam Fennessy PSM, Victorian Public Sector Commissioner.
In the afternoon, the Governor received the call of the Hon Daniel Andrews MP, Premier of Victoria, before, accompanied by Mr Howard, conducting another investiture ceremony for recipients of awards of the Order of Australia.
The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, attended the NGV Triennial exhibition, before hosting a virtual Scarecrow Program with students of the Waratah Special School.
The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, received the farewell call of Mr Kazuyoshi Matsunaga, Consul-General of Japan, and Mrs Yoko Matsunaga.
Later, the Governor virtually joined a meeting with the Victorian Government Trade Investments Heads of Post before, accompanied by Mr Howard, hosting an event to thank Victorian Teachers.

Later, the Governor and Mr Howard received the call of Ms Donna Stolzenberg, 2021 Victorian Australian of the Year, Ms Bich Cam Nguyen, 2021 Victorian Senior Australian of the Year, and Ms Tayla Harris, 2021 Victorian Young Australian of the Year, before the Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, hosted another investiture ceremony for Victorian recipients of Honours in the Order of Australia.
