Later, the Governor received the call of Ms Phillippa O'Donnell and Ms Vicki Clark OAM, Australian Black and White Stories, and the call of Professor Helen O'Connell, Chair of the Australasian Pelvic Floor Procedure Registry Steering Committee.

The Governor and Mr Howard hosted a reception for the 90th anniversary of the Institute of Public Administration Australia.

The Governor was represented by Mr Joshua Puls MVO, Official Secretary, at the RSL  Service to Commemorate the 74th Anniversary of Victory in the Pacific Day.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, received the call of His Eminence Archbishop Makarios of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia, His Grace Bishop Ezekiel of Dervis and His Grace Bishop Iakovos of Miletoupolis.

Later, the Governor and Mr Howard hosted a lunch for the Board of the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, presided over a meeting of the Executive Council before, with Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, attending the funeral of Mr Mick Miller AO LVO QPM, Former Chief Commissioner of Victoria Police.

The Governor and Mr Howard hosted a lunch with Mr Matt Lowe, Head of Industry, Intelligence and Capture Teams, from the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions.

Later, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, officially opened A Life of Opportunity and Success: Sir Zelman Cowen Centenary Exhibition at the Jewish Museum of Australia.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, lunch with Term 3 Kitchen Garden Program Participants, before attending a dinner hosted by Professor Duncan Maskell, Vice Chancellor of the University of Melbourne.

Mr Howard lead a tour of the State Apartments for Victoria Police Legacy.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, met with Master Lewis Francis, 2019 Mini-Governor before, accompanied by the Mini-Governor, touring the Bionics Institute.

Later, the Governor, Mr Howard and the Mini-Governor met with participants of the Government House Ballroom Red Cross Blood Bank.

The Governor and Mini-Governor received the call of Ms Courtney Ugle, Captain of the Essendon VFLW team.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, toured the Melbourne Theatre Company Headquarters at Southbank, before hosting a reception for professionals working the field of drug and alcohol addiction.

Later, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, spoke at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne Awards Night, and presented the Excellence in Cinema Award.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, received the call of Mr Raj Jumar, Consul-General of India, before, with Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, hosting a lunch with the Lord Mayor of Melbourne and Melbourne City Councillors. 

Later, the Governor and Mr Howard attended the Melbourne Entrepreneurial Centre, and Melbourne University's Faculty of Business and Economics Gala Dinner.

Mr Howard received the call of Ms Jane Clark, Senior Research Curator, Museum of Old and New Art (MONA).

Later, the Governor received the call of His Excellency Mr Ngo Huong Nam, Ambassador of Vietnam, and Dr Nguyen Thanh Hung, Sovico Co-Founder and Vietjet Management Board Member.

The Governor and Mr Howard hosted dinner with Major General David McLachlan AO (Ret'd), and Mrs Louise McLachlan.
