Later, the Governor received the call of Ms Jan Adams AO PSM, Former Australian Ambassador to China before, with Mr Howard, hosting a dinner in Honour of Mr Chan.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, hosted a breakfast with Ms Simone Leydon, Co-founder and CEO, The Unicorn Foundation, before receiving the call of Mr Graham Fletcher, Australia's Ambassador-Designate to China, and later, with Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, touring Parliament House.

Later, the Governor and Mr Howard welcomed the Honourable Mr Bernard Charnwut Chan GBS JP, Convenor of the Non-Official Members of the Executive Council and Deputy of Hong Kong, to Government House Victoria.
