The Governor and Mr Howard AM QC toured the Terracotta Warriors | Cai Guo-Qiang Exhibition at the NGV before hosting a reception for the 20th Anniversary of the Johnston Collection Volunteer Program.
Mr Howard led a tour of the State Apartments for the Engineering Personnel from HMAS Cerberus.

Later, the Governor and Mr Howard toured the St Arnaud town centre and farewelled Northern Grampians Shire Councillors at the St Arnaud Town Hall.
On a regional tour to Northern Grampians Shire, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, participated in a Grampians Trail Walk to Lake View Lookout, hosted by Parks Victoria.
They visited the Indigenous rock art at Bunjil’s Shelter, where they met with traditional owners and then toured the Stawell Gold Mine. They received a briefing on Neoen Bulgana Green Power Hub and Nectar Farms, before attending a Civic Reception hosted by the Northern Grampians Shire Council.
