During at Official Visit to Hong Kong, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, Governor of Victoria, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard QC, spoke at the AustCham Hong Kong Breakfast, before they attended a Greater Bay Area lunch meeting.
They visited the Hong Kong Science and Tech Park, and then attending the Hong Kong Business of Design Week Gala Dinner, where the Governor gave an address.
On an Official Visit to Hong Kong, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, toured the Business of Design Week Exhibits with the Hon. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor GMB GBS, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, addressed the Business of Design Week Opening and launched The Melbourne Pavilion. They attended a lunch hosted by the Australian Consul-General to Hong Kong, Ms Michaela Browning.
Later, the Governor met with Professor Eric Yim Chi-ming JP, Chairman of the Hong Kong Design Centre and then, accompanied by Mr Howard, attended the opening of The Mills Precinct.
On an Official Visit to Hong Kong, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, met with Mr Tim Dillon, Victorian Commissioner to Greater China, and Mr Allen Kwok, Victorian Government Trade and Investment Chief Representative in Hong Kong, before visiting the Bendigo Dragon Workshop.
Later, the Governor launched the Melbourne Fashion Showcase at Hong Kong Business of Design Week.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, departed Victoria on an Official Visit to Hong Kong to attend Hong Kong Business of Design Week.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, received Major General David Coghlan AM, outgoing Head of Land Systems, Australian Defence Force, and Major General Andrew Bottrell CSC DSM, incoming Head of Land Systems, Australian Defence Force.
Then, with Mr Anthony Howard QC, the Governor farewelled the Term 4 Peace and Prosperity Kitchen Garden Program participants and Mr Howard led a tour of the State Apartments for the Kitchen Garden participants.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard QC, attended the HMAS CERBERUS Ceremonial Divisions as the Reviewing Officer.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, commissioned the Hon. Daniel Andrews MP as Premier of Victoria and, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard QC, swore in the Second Andrews Ministry at Government House.
The Governor then presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.
Later, Mr Howard led a tour of the State Apartments for senior executives from the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC received Mr Damien Mulvihill and Mr Mark Simpson, Creative Directors, DesignOffice Melbourne, winners of the IDEA Designer of the Year 2018, and designers of The Melbourne Pavilion at Hong Kong Business of Design Week.
The Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, delivered the keynote address at the 2018 Melbourne High School Speech Night.
