On an Official Visit to Chile, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, met with Mr Rob Fergusson, Australian Ambassador to Chile.

They then met with Mr Raúl Figueroa, Vice-Minister of Education, before participating in a Women in Business luncheon.

The Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, then spoke at a Victorian Chilean Student Alumni Reception, and later attended a dinner with Santiago's leaders of science, medicine, business, education, the Arts, NGOs and Government, where they met Chile's Minister for Women and Gender Equity.

On an Official Visit to Colombia, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, was interviewed by the Bogota El Tiempo, before, with Mr Anthony Howard QC, visiting the Museo del Oro.

They then travelled to Santiago on an official visit to Chile. 

On an Official Visit to Colombia, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, participated in a roundtable with leading Colombian business women, and met with Mr Jeronimo Castro, Executive Director of Colfuturo, Colombian Government Education Scholarship Agency.

Later, they participated in a roundtable with Australian and Victorian businesses operating in Colombia.

They then met with Australians and Colombians working on AFL in Colombia before launching the Colombia/Victorian Alumni Association.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, travelled to Bogota, on an Official Visit to Colombia.

They met with Ms Sophia Davies, Australian Ambassador to Colombia then Mr Felipe Jaramillo, President of ProColombia and Ms Maria Elvira Jaramillo, Director of International Relations and Government Affairs.

They later met Ms Patricia Linares, President of the Tribunal for Peace. 
 

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC continued their official visit to North America, travelling to New York City where they met with Mr Rodney Rigby, Producer of Come From Away, before attending the play.

They then travelled to Bogota, Colombia. 

On an Official Visit to Canada, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, attended C2 Montreal, where they met with Mr Phillipe Couillard, Premier of Quebec and participated in multiple workshops.

They then visited LCI Education HQ. On Friday, they attended C2 Montreal, where they met Hon. Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, Canada and then Ms Dominique Anglade, Canadian Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Economy, Science and Innovation and Minister responsible for the Digital Agenda.

Later, they met HE T.R.H Julie Payette, Governor General of Canada before the Governor delivered a keynote address at C2 Montreal. 

On an Official Visit to Canada, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, participated in C2 Montreal, meeting Jean-François Bouchard, Founder and Chairman of C2 & Martin Enault, CEO C2, Asia Pacific.

They then met Mrs Sophie Gregoire Trudeau, wife of Canadian Prime Minister and then the Hon. François-Philippe Champagne, Minister, International Trade, Canada, followed by a meeting with Mr Norman Steinberg, Canadian Co-Chair of the AusCan Economic Leadership Forum.

They then attended the C2 Melbourne Reception, where the Governor delivered the keynote address. 
 

On an Official Visit to Canada, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, met with Mr Jean Séguin, Assistant Deputy Minister, External Trade and Export, Quebec.

They then met Mrs Marie-Josée Lemay, Director General Quebec Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion, before meeting Mrs Marie-Josée Blais, Assistant Deputy Minister, Science and Innovation and Mr Rémi Quirion, Chief Scientist of Québec, followed by Mr Martin Bernard, Director of the Oceania Desk in Quebec's Ministry of International Relations and Francophonie.

Later, they met HE the Hon. J Michael Doyon, Lieutenant Governor of Quebec and attended the Opening Dinner for C2 Montreal.

The Lieutenant-Governor, Mr Ken Lay AO, APM, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council, before swearing in Mr Kevin Lyons as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, continued an official visit to Canada.
