Mr Anthony Howard QC led a tour of the State Apartments for doctoral students, University of Melbourne Law School.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard QC, swore in the Hon. Melinda Richards SC as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Later, accompanied by Mr Howard, the Governor conducted an investiture for Mr Chris Eccles AO.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, attended the ANZAC Day Dawn Service at the Shrine of Remembrance, before hosting an ANZAC Day breakfast.
They then attended the ANZAC Day March and Commemoration Service at the Shrine of Remembrance, followed by the ANZAC Day AFL match at the MCG.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council before receiving Mr Michael Kapel, Commissioner to the Americas.
With Mr Anthony Howard QC, the Governor met with Executive Command of Victoria Police and then the Governor received Her Excellency Madame Ðặng Thị Ngọc Thịnh, Vice President, The Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Mr Howard conducted a tour of the State Apartments for a delegation of lawyers from Jiangsu.
The Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, spoke at Melbourne Legacy's 87th Annual ANZAC Commemoration Ceremony for Students at the Shrine of Remembrance.
