The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, received the call of the Hon Daniel Andrews MP, Premier of Victoria, before receiving the call of Her Excellency Ms Vicki Treadell, UK High Commissioner to Australia.

In the afternoon, the Governor hosted a Special Meeting of the Executive Council.

Following the Special Meeting of the Victorian Executive Council meeting, the Governor issued the Writ for the election of Senators for Victoria in the 2022 Federal Election. After, she received the call of Mr Nye Coffey, Australian Electoral Officer and State Manager, Tasmania and Victoria, Australian Electoral Commission.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, attended Day 1 of the 2022 Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Howard hosted a reception to mark the beginning of the 2022 Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix, and later, hosted a dinner for the 2022 Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, was represented at the 90th Legacy ANZAC Commemoration Ceremony for Students at the Shrine by Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Strack, where a recorded address by the Governor was broadcast to assembled students.

In the evening, the Governor hosted a reception to mark the 50th anniversary of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Australia.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, presided over a meeting of the Executive Council, before receiving the call of Mr Nigel Warren, Victorian Commissioner to the Americas.

Later, the Governor received the call of Ms Caroline Edwards, Victorian Commissioner to the Americas.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, was represented at the State Memorial Service for Mr Shane Warne by Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Strack, Honorary Aide-de-Camp of the Governor of Victoria.

In the afternoon, the Governor was represented at the Opening of the LaTrobe Sports Stadium - Stage 2 by Mr Joshua Puls MVO, Official Secretary to the Governor.

Later, the Governor and Mr Howard attended the Collingwood Football Club Presidents' Lunch and theCollingwood V Adelaide AFL match, accompanied by His Excellency Mr Amir Maimon, Ambassador of Israel, and Mrs Tal Maimon.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Howard farewelled the Ambassador and Mrs Maimon.

In the evening, the Governor and Mr Howard hosted a dinner in honour of His Excellency Mr Amir Maimon, Ambassador of Israel, and Mrs Tal Maimon.
