While on a regional visit to the Towong and Mansfield Shires, the Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, visited the Upper Murray Community Recovery Hub, before visiting the Cudgewa Avenue of Honour and Creek Restoration at Cudgewa.

After travelling to Yackandandah, the Governor was led on a tour through the township, before being briefed on the Totally Renewable Yackandandah project, and being led on a tour of the Community Battery.

Later, the Governor receiving a briefing by Councillors of the Mansfield Shire Council.

While on a regional visit to Alpine and Towong Shire, the Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, visited the Alpine Community Plantation, before being interviewed on community radio station Alpine Radio, in Mount Beauty.

Later, after travelling to Tallangatta, the Governor received a briefing by Towong Shire Councillors, before visiting the Bush Nursing Centre at Walwa.  

Later, the Governor was led on a tour through the township of Corryong.

While on a regional visit to Benalla Shire, the Governor presided over a virtual meeting of the Executive Council, before meeting with Benalla Shire Councillors. Later, the Governor visited the Benalla Art Gallery, before travelling to Myrtleford, where she visited the Australian Pumpkin Seed Company.

Later, the Governor received a briefing from Councillors of the Alpine Shire Council. before visiting the Mountain Trout and Salmon Farm.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, departed Government House for a regional visit to the Benalla, Alpine, Towong and Mansfield Shires.

Mr Anthony Howard AM QC hosted a lunch for Dr Gary Nolan AM, Chair, Sue Cunningham, CEO, and Kate Siebert, State Manager of Emergency Services of Red Cross Australia (Victoria).
