Later, the Governor received the call of the Chief of Navy, Vice Admiral Michael Noonan, AO, RAN, the Senior Naval Officer of Victoria, Commodore Greg Yorke CSC, RAN, and WO-N Deb Butterworth OAM, CSM and Bar.

In the afternoon, the Governor hosted the call of His Excellency Mr Arthur B. Culvahouse Jr., Ambassador of the United States of America to Australia, and Mr Michael F. Kleine, Consul General of the United States of America.

In the afternoon, the Governor received the call of the Hon Daniel Andrews MP, Premier of Victoria, before, accompanied by Mr Howard, conducting another investiture ceremony for recipients of awards of the Order of Australia.

Later, the Governor virtually joined a meeting with the Victorian Government Trade Investments Heads of Post before, accompanied by Mr Howard, hosting an event to thank Victorian Teachers.
