The  Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, presided over a meeting of the Executive Council, before with Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, conducting an investiture ceremony for Awards for the Order of Australia.

Later, the Governor virtually attended the start of a luncheon hosted by the Order of Australia Association of Victoria Annual Lunch, before, with mr Howard, conducting another investiture ceremony for Awards for the Order of Australia. 

In the evening, the Governor released a message officially launching the Program for PHOTO2021.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, hosted students from Sacred Heart Primary School Fitzroy as part of the Governor in Schools Program, before, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, swearing in the Hon Justice Delaney as a Judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
