The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, received the call of the Ms Penny Armytage, Chair, Dr Alex Cockram, Commissioner, Professor Allan Fels AO, Commissioner, and Professor Bernadette McSherry, Commissioner, for the delivery of the final report of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System.

Later, the Governor, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, visited Marand Engineering, before the Governor received the official call of Her Excellency Ms Busadee Santipitaks, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand.
